Meet the Maker
The first question I often get is, "Is your name Daisy?" The answer is... no, my name is Leah. I'll share more about Daisy shortly. My happiest moments are spent with my husband and best friend, Buddy, along with our furry companions. I have a deep love for coffee and ice cream; not a day goes by without indulging in both. My obsession with cows is quite serious! It's so intense that my husband knows my ideal day involves driving through the picturesque countryside of central Virginia, spotting farms, and exclaiming how adorable all the cows are. When we're not on cow-spotting adventures, we enjoy hiking the numerous trails throughout the Blue Ridge Mountains with our dogs. I believe that each day is a precious gift from our Creator. I also resonate with Maya Angelou's quote: "I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel."
Meet the Real Daisy
The face behind the Daisy in Lil Daisy Soaps. Daisy is our "special needs dog." She has swallowing issues and suffers from a disease called Addison's disease. She eats from a special chair in an upright position and receives numerous medications. She has defied the odds in so many ways. She has a terrier's heart but is also so sweet and loves to do snuggles in your lap. She is my heart dog.
